个人简介

杨中宝,2004年莱阳农学院(现青岛农业大学)本科毕业获学士学位,2007年获吉林大学硕士学位,2011年获德国汉诺威大学博士学位,师从世界知名植物营养学家Walter J. Horst教授,2012年4月到js3845金沙线路工作。现为js3845金沙线路教授。主要从事植物营养逆境适应与调控分子机理的研究。近年来先后在Plant Cell、PNAS、New Phytol、EMBO Reports、Plant Physiol、Plant Journal、Plant Cell & Environ、J Exp Bot等杂志发表研究论文二十余篇,主持国家自然科学基金、山东省重点研发计划和自然科学基金等科研项目十多项。


主要研究方向

本实验室主要以模式植物拟南芥和主要农作物大豆等为研究材料,结合生理生化、分子生物学、遗传学、细胞生物学、组学和生物学信息学等手段,探讨植物适应营养逆境胁迫(如酸铝、低氮、低磷等)的生理及分子机制的研究。具体包括:

(1)植物响应逆境胁迫的分子信号调控;

(2)植物适应逆境胁迫的耐性分子调控机制;

(3)养分信号整合与高效利用。

(4)根瘤固氮分子调控机制
